| Solution |
- ART Secondary Flow may be too low (phaco only).
- Verify the settings in general, higher Flow Rate may be needed.
- Check that phaco hand piece is working correctly.
- Make sure Cobra sleeve is not worn allowing too much irrigation out the front of the sleeve.
- Check that the incision size is not too large and allowing too much fluid to leak out the incision.
